How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while international orders can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination and local customs. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. If you didn’t receive an email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your tracking information through your account portal here: Tracking Portal.

What if my tracking number doesn’t work?

Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to update. If it’s still not working after that time, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. However, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product by providing proof of use (timeline photos and records). Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. More information here.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number, and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

I want to unsubscribe from the subscription service. How do I do that?

You can manage your subscription at any time through your Shopify portal here: Subscription Management. From there, you can click “Manage this subscription” and select "Cancel subscription."

What should I do if I don’t see results from your products?

We understand that everyone’s hair is different. If you don’t see the desired results after using our product for 90 days, we offer a money-back guarantee. To process your refund, please submit a timeline of use along with photos, and we’ll evaluate your claim.

What’s the best way to use Batana Oil?

For our Batana Oil products, you can use them either as a leave-in treatment or rinse-out conditioner. Apply a small amount evenly to damp or dry hair and gently massage into your scalp. Leave it in for extra nourishment or rinse after a few hours. The choice is yours!

Can I use Botanic products on all hair types?

Yes! Our products are designed to be versatile and work on all hair types, including straight, wavy, curly, and coily. They are formulated with plant-based, gentle ingredients that nourish all textures.

Why is my Batana Oil creamier than expected?

Our earlier batches of Batana Oil may have a creamier texture due to the pressing process. We’ve since upgraded our process to deliver a smoother oil. If you're unsatisfied with your batch, please contact us, and we’ll send you a replacement from our latest batch.

Do you offer international shipping?
